Does Crucible support default text for reviews under general comments?

For code reviews.

Is it possible to set General Comments or other sections wth in the tool that would remind a user to ensure check lists are meet for each review that is created.? We may want point to best practices form the review or ensure that certain items get checked before a review proceeds. Can this be tailored on a project by project.
