Diff is from version zero (SVN)

Ocassionally a new commit will show up in fisheye and it's diff will be from a version '0' in subversion. This version doesn't exist so the file appears to be 'new'. Does anyone know how to fix or have any insight into why this is happening?

Fisheye+Crucible version: 3.3.1
