Hi.
We appear to have experienced some corruption with our Crucible server.
- Starting the Atlassian Crucible service immediately stops.
- The config.xml file is 15KB and full of nulls.
- The crucible_backup_2024_07_14.zip is 2GB instead of the usual 10GB of the previous 7 backup zips. We performed a mass re-index on 07-03 to 07-05, and the latest 10GB backup is from 07-07, so at least that's good news.
- The stdout.txt file contains an error consistent with a null config file:

2024-07-19 14:37:48,375 ERROR - Problem with config file: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Content is not allowed in prolog.
What's the best strategy to recover? I assume it's something to do with crucible_backup_2024_07_07.zip.
