Crucible is failing to refresh repositories after update

Below is the error that I'm getting for all the repositories created in Crucible after the update to 3.1.4. Could not find any issues with the SVN server, the Java version is latest.

This thing is really annoying.

Repository paused due to error com.cenqua.fisheye.rep.RepositoryClientException: org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: svn: E175002: handshake alert: unrecognized_name svn: E175002: OPTIONS request failed on '/repo' org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: svn: E175002: handshake alert: unrecognized_name svn: E175002: OPTIONS request failed on '/repo' org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNException: svn: E175002: handshake alert: unrecognized_name svn: E175002: OPTIONS request failed on '/repo' javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: handshake alert: unrecognized_name
