Crucible creates wrong application link for itself

Artur Badretdinov March 31, 2016

Hello!

I am trying to configure Crucible to work with JIRA and Confluence. First two were connected without any problems, however, I can't connect Crucible to them. The reason is that it gets strange application link by default and I can't change it (because it is default), but only add new once. However, even when I added correct link, I was unable to connect JIRA to it.

All three products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible are up-to-date and installed to the same server). Does anyone have any idea about how to solve the issue?

Hi Artur,

It looks like FishEye's Site URL isn't set, so FishEye uses, by default, the hostname of the server when forming the URL. You can set the Site URL at FishEye Administration > Server > Edit Settings > Site URL.

After adjusting it, try re-creating your Application Link and confirming the correct URL is displayed.

Regards,

Gustavo
