Crucible Java Error

Today i tried to reach crucible that is running on an internat server in our network, but it gave me the error you can see in the picture/txt

I alredy tried restarting the server. What should i try next?

Have you tried this?

  1. Stop FishEye/Crucible
  2. Delete FISHEYE_INST/var/osgi-cache
  3. Start FishEye/Crucible
