Crucible: How to create inline JIRA issue with custom field

When creating a JIRA issue from crucible we would like to be able to see custom JIRA fields. We've tried marking the fields required in JIRA but this did not make the field show in Crucible.

We are currenly seeing the following fields only:

• JIRA Project
• JIRA Issue Type
• Summary
• Description

Any help would be greatly aprechiated.

Hi Brandon,

Only certain types of custom fields are supported. These are listed here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/Supported+fields+for+inline+issue+creation.

Note that only some bundled custom field types are supported, and there is no support for unbundled custom field types (ie. those field types which are provided by a 3rd party plugin).
