Creating Application Links Refreshes the Page

I've installed Crucible on Windows 10x64 to evaluate it but I'm having trouble. 

It successfully created an application link to my evaluation Jira server using the setup wizard.  Now I'm trying to create a link to my evaluation BitBucket server.  Every time I click "Create new link", the form briefly appears, and then the page is refreshed.

Peculiar note, the Application Links page always throws up the "What's new with links" splash screen when I load it.  Jira and BitBucket only presented that to me once.  It's like Crucible can't persist new changes.

I'll check disk access next. 

Has anyone seen this before? 

I don't want my up stream evaluation to be, "I couldn't get Crucible to work".

For future me... probably.

I contacted support and they directed me to:

• Create a Crucible admin account
• Login to that user
• Create application links

And that worked.  I now have an application link to BitBucket.
