Certification Path Error
We are using JIRA and Fisheye/Crucible both connected to LDAP as a user directory. We also have user groups set up in JIRA such as crucible-users and fisheye-users to control who has access. We have recently run into an issue where our synchronization of JIRA user groups to Crucible is failing and citing a certification path error (see attached image).
As a workaround I have tried logging in as the Admin user and adding people to the Crucible local directory but it now bounces me out of the application when I try to access ‘Global Permissions’.
Hoping someone can help get us past this error so we can continue to use the application.
