Cannot connect Bitbucket repository to Crucible

Whenever I try and connect a Bitbucket repository to Crucible I get an error. The logs state that it is a StashRestException. 

2017-08-04 16:13:20,216 WARN - Bitbucket Server Response body: {"errors":[{"context":null,"message":"An error occurred while processing the request. Check the server logs for more information.","exceptionName":null}]}
2017-08-04 16:18:33,425 WARN - Error occurred making request to Bitbucket Server

Not sure how to proceed.

Hey Mike,

Unfortunately, the message you posted does not provide a lot of information.

I do recommend that you open a Support case and attach a support zip for a support engineer to investigate. There could be many things that could be impacting you from app configuration to networking.
