I currently own a 25-user license for both FishEye and Crucible and have an upcoming Software Maintenance Renewal; our requirements have however changed and we questioning if we can downgrade the renewal for both products to cover for 10 users.
Yes, Atlassian have done this for some of my clients in the past. You couldn't do it online last time they did it, but it was a simple email to email@example.com to ask them, and they adjusted the renewal quote and account straight away. I think they've revamped some of the account stuff since last time I was involved in lowering the users, so I'd check your account before mailing them.
