Can I automatically transition a JIRA issue when a Crucible review is closed?

We are using JIRA, Fisheye + Crucible.

We currently prevent transitions within JIRA using conditions on code reviews. We would however like to remove a manual step and have JIRa issues automatically transition from 'needs review' to 'resolved' when the Crucible review is completed.

Does anyone know if this is currently possible?
