Can Crucible integrate with QC?

We are already using QC for defects. We wish to integrate Crucible with QC (instead of JIRA) for tracking coding defects (reviews).

Questions:

1. How is QC Vs JIRA?
2. How do we integrate Crucible with QC? 
   1. What support do we get on this?

Just to clarify myself, I am looking for adding ticket (defect) to QC based on review on Crucible. Linker does not seems to resolve this problem. Can you please suggest on this.
