Seeking feedback on Rovo & Atlassian Intelligence usage metrics

Hey! I'm Kevin, a product manager at Atlassian. 

My team and I are interested in discovering which usage insights your organization would find most valuable for Atlassian Intelligence and Rovo (our latest AI product).

Hi @Kevin Pichardo-Cedillo ,
This is really interesting because as part of monitoring compliance (IA Act) at the company level we actually have data on usage indicators. 

If we don't have these dashboards, we may have to disable this IA feature when it comes into effect.

In my view, the following AI & Rovo usage metrics data should be available to customers:

  • Which user used which feature & when/timestamp?
  • Rovo data extraction from external integrations (i.e. SharePoint, etc.)

The preferred interface to expose this data would be

  • Organisation admin UI
  • Organisation admin REST APIs
  • Atlassian Analytics
