PO for Global Confluence and Jira

Hi everybody, I'm working in Amsterdam for ING a large Dutch Bank, also globally active. Currently we're busy installing a new global Confluence DC instance. Trying to get it actually fully high available (also on DB level) in either our own private cloud or AWS.

We're aiming for an instance scaled for 50.000+ users in all continents, with 24/7 follow the sun support.

As a bank we're focussing on keeping Confluence open and save, to protect our data form unwanted usage, which is a challenge.
