Jira Cloud Enterprise - at what time on the second Tuesday are preview and bundled changes released?

Hello, I am Deepthi Nayana, Product Owner Jira Platform at Discover. I support release management in our company for Jira. We have elaborate customizations with over 500 custom scripts and automation rules together. My goal is to ensure the bundled release doe snot break or impact existing custom functionality. Does 'Preview' track release documentation include comprehensive list of changes coming in or only a select few? 

At what time approximately are the bundled release changes pushed? Is it over a period of a day or multiple day sin the second week of each month?

Your response will allow us to tighten our release management practices and plan for regression testing each month effectively.

It's a rolling thing, and can be over days or weeks. I would recommend you contact support or your Strategic Engagement Manager (if you have one) for some additional help. 

Preview track is the same as the continuous (so full set of changes) just scoped to sandboxes (see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-10919).
