I’m so happy I wanted to share this with you.

Before implementing Jira+Crmble, tracking each notarial document was a complicated task. Verifying the status of any given procedure required manually checking physical folders containing all the management requests. We reached out to Crmble’s consulting team to help us organize the entire workflow within Jira.

The platform enabled us to assign specific tasks to each team member and establish task dependencies for every stage of the process: from creating document copies, submitting them to the registry, and settling taxes to following up with the registry when the estimated registration date arrives. Now, each team member has clear responsibilities for each phase, ensuring that tasks progress smoothly without losing track. In addition, Jira has allowed us to track amendable documents that require parallel processes for correction and the creation of new authorized copies. This level of organization has helped us maintain a comprehensive and orderly view of every stage, regardless of the case's complexity.

Our daily operations now? Today, every team member knows exactly what to do and when, with no surprises. It’s much easier to see the progress of each document, understand how much time we’re dedicating to each procedure, and, most importantly, avoid redundant tasks. We found it extremely convenient to send emails and prepare invoices directly from Jira thanks to Crmble without having to look for information elsewhere—everything is at our fingertips!

In summary, the transition was faster and easier than we expected. Within weeks, we were using Jira and Crmble as if we had been working with them for months. These tools have brought us peace of mind, better control over our tasks, and an improved client experience. Without a doubt, we are very satisfied with the change and grateful for the support provided by Crmble’s consulting team throughout the entire process.

Thank you @Antonio Panea Pastor and @Cristina Coloma for saving us so much time and stress.

Thanks for sharing @Diego Mateo Hernandez ! I first came across Crmble for Trello years ago - it’s been on my list to trial it for Jira Cloud. 🍪

Hi @Diego Mateo Hernandez .

Could you please tell which features Crmble provided that the JIRA standard functions couldn`t?

Hey @Marco Nowak, Crmble adds a few things to Jira like managing a contact database across all projects of a Jira site. Also sending email templates that helps you streamline your communication. You can manage contacts by company and add multiple contacts to issues. If your team works a lot with customers and you need email integration we think it’s worth giving Crmble a try. Our email integration works on a Jira issue card level with mail threads filtered by the contact email address linked to the card. We would love you to check it out and hear your thoughts. Consider booking a demo to walk you through.
