Using multi-instance, can you share or search tickets across instances? |
You can share issues and pages across different instances. For security purposes, search will yield information at an instance level, not the organization level. |
Does the product requests feature also apply to apps? |
At this time, product requests prevent your managed accounts from signing up for a product at www.atlassian.com and is available on Cloud Enterprise for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. You can manage requests for Marketplace apps using this process. |
Can you speak more to Atlassian’s overall compliance strategy? Does Atlassian Cloud adhere to the compliance standards that regulated industries need? |
Atlassian Cloud meets many regional and industry-specific compliance standards like HIPAA, plus EBA and BaFin which are only available on Cloud Enterprise.
