this thing is just dumb and not usefull. 

 

I expected something like we saw in the rovo demonstration. 

the virtual agent should fetch recurring questions from similar tickets, it should put the complete comment history to the ticket.

Currently, the VSA can only Ask for information and fill these in fields that are in the layout of the current request type. This doesn't work for fields linked with an attached Jira Form. Therefore, making it almost impossible to use VSA with Jira Forms at the same time.
