We are setting up a Crowd server.

groups have been created via REST API and user memberships added via REST API

When browsing the groups I can see some have active set to true but most are set to false. I haven't found a clear answer for using that setting but I would assume that the inactive ones would not be available to applications. All memberships do still seem to be synching with Crowd.

Should I set groups Active?

Is than API call to do it?

Tom

Hi @Tom Lister

As detailed here, the active/inactive status has no effect on Crowd groups and applications at this time.
