Hi there,

It seems that the issue here is related to the Jamasoftware Contour, which I'm sorry to say I'm not familiar with but have you integrated Crowd with it or something? I can see from their website that they suggest you can integrate it with Crowd but I could only find this documentation that doesn't contain any compatibility or troubleshooting info.

I think given that we have extremely limited experience of this product and that the Crowd Connector has been developed by Jamasoftware, I would suggest contacting them to ask if they have any experience of this problem.
