can not login to crowd after restart. License promblem

Hi, 

we can not login to crowd after restart.

The warning shows" Your license does not permit the number of users you have configured in crowd. Please upgrade to a new license, or contact  Atlassian sales support"

 

we want to login to check the users we have configured. After that we can determine if we need to upgrade the license now.
