Hello,
we need to change the SSO domain. I have tried .mydomain.com and mydomain.com. But I get the error "The supplied domain is invalid.".
How can I fix this please?
Ralf
What is described in the KB article, was also my assumption. Therefor if I log in with myolddomain.com, I never will be able to change the SSO domain to mynewdomain.com.
After reconsidering the constraint I simply have removed the SSO domain. Saved it. Logged in again based on the new domain and now I was able to save the new domain.
Hi @dummy,
Please take a look at this related KB article.
