I am planning to have the SSO Authentication for Jira and my requirement is to have a domain authentication with Azure and exclude all other domains.
Ex: www.mydomain.com - all the users of this domain should go with SSO authentication and the rest of the domain go asking for login credentials in Jira. Can you help me with the option available?
Hey Pradheep,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
For the situation you're looking at - you've got Jira Cloud and Azure AD. For the particular domain you own, you want to make sure users with accounts in that domain use SSO, while other users log in to Jira normally using the accounts they've already set up.
Atlassian Access is the product you're going to use to make this happen. A quick high-level plan for getting this set up would be:
From there on, users in your domain will go to the Azure AD sign-in screen and use their Azure passwords to log in to Atlassian Cloud products. Let me know if you need help or get stuck with any particular parts of the setup. We're happy to help!
Cheers,
Daniel | Atlassian Support
