A while ago Mojang decided to migrate everyone to Microsoft to give us better account security. since then I have not been able to sign in to my Minecraft account. Following all the stupid "have you read these FAQ and then try this forum page" I have ended up here. I don't believe anyone here will be able to help.
My issue is when i click on the reset password link i don't receive it.
Actually, no.
Mojang uses Atlassian software for its documentation and help systems (Jira as the issue tracker for example). I think you (like a lot of others) have clicked on "help with the doc/support tool" instead of "help with Minecraft"
I'm afraid we can't help you with Mojang's login system. You'll need to get in touch with them!
I wish i could. The help system keeps sending me in circles. Thank you. I'll keep trying

Ok, that makes some sense in that you need to contact a Jira admin to fix your account so it can log into Jira.
But we are a community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff. We are not your Jira admins.
The best most of us here (for "can't log in" problems) can do is tell you to ask the admins of the system you are trying to get into.

When i click on the links for help it sends me back here. Thanks again.

I'm sorry, but we are not the admins of that system, so we can't do anything to help you.
You really do need to talk to Mojang, not us (for access to it anyway, please do feel free to talk to us about using Atlassian stuff in general, that's what we're here for!)
