Hi,
we are evaluating the implementation of crowd as a centralized user management. a requirement for this would be to connect salesforce.com to pull into crowd accounts and the related contacts. we will need then these accounts/contacts to be used as groups/users in a jira instance we use for customer support. is that possible?
thanks,
Andrea
Hi Andrea and Manoj,
We have a Feature Request for it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-921
We ask customers to vote on it and prove the real demand for such integration.
For now there are plugins for Jira and Confluence: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?q=sales+force
Hey,
I want to achieve same things? Any idea how to do it and if its possible to implement?
Thank You
Manoj
