Hi,
How do I go about deleting a managed JIRA account.
And also, I wanted to cancel my subscription for me not to be charged the next billing cycle. I was able to click on "cancel my subscription" link and it says inactive already. Does it mean I will no longer be charge the next billing cycle? 'Cos whenever I go back to the billing page, it doesn't say anywhere that my subscription is canceled.

If your subscription is cancelled already, it will no longer be billed. The site will be deactivated and removed automatically in a couple of weeks.

Appreciate your response. I already did canceled the subscription but whenever I go back to the billing page, the "cancel your subscription" is still clickable. Please see below screenshots. Though when I'm redirected to the license page, it says Inactive.
I'm just worried it might bill my card.
