Couldn't find the Centralized license visibility plugin on Crowd 4.4.0 Data Sever

I can see the add-on must be installed on Crowd 3.4 but I was curious if I can install it on Crowd 4.4.0 data sever

I tested the integration Crowd v4.4.1 Data Center (not Server) with Bitbucket v7.21.0 and all works pretty fine.
