unable to configure confluence as windows service to set the JVM memory

SUMMIT April 2, 2019

We are unable to configure confluence as windows service to set the JVM memory as described in the following https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/start-confluence-automatically-on-windows-as-a-service-172071.html

This through parsing error while setting up. We need Confluence team support to get this addressed. You may include my email ID in the support request and share my mobile number for them to contact.

Hi @SUMMIT

Can you share the version of Confluence installed and what is the JVM memory allocated and what is the JVM memory you see available for Confluence in System Info page ?

Do you see any error message while Confluence starts through  Windows service ?

Thanks,

Kiran
