I'm aware that we had an incident earlier this week that might have caused that. Are you still having the issue now?
In the future, if you run into any errors like this, I recommend that you report them to one of your site administrators. They will be able to raise a ticket with Cloud Support, so we can access your site and review your logs to confirm the issue.
