Cause

Failed to create admin user

    null id in com.atlassian.confluence.impl.journal.JournalEntry entry (don't flush the Session after an exception occurs)

Hi @root Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The best option here would be to raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support, but as you might be aware Confluence Server support is already ended on Feb 15,2024.

You might want to go through the comments on this post, where you might find some pointers if you want to troubleshoot this issue on your own.
