Does anyone participated at migration from Confluence Server to Cloud when "Security and Encryption" was used as particular content (like passwords) encryption on Pages?
Seems like I got in a serious problem when macros format received from Confluence Server is not supported.
Hello @Sarunas Strasevicius
We have been experimenting with new content to improve the adoption rate of Security and Encryption for Confluence Cloud, check out the playlist at https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSsEoY2C9uz6PcwSFBLRyK3NE-lT98X_N and the since improved docs site https://docs.servicerocket.com/security-and-encryption-cloud.
We have also now introduced the ability to Migrate your Security and Encryption data from Confluence Server or Data Center to Confluence Cloud using CCMA.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.

Hi Sarunas,
I'm from the product team of that app. You're right, the macros from Security and Encryption server currently do not have any migration path to their Cloud counterpart yet, and migrating them to Cloud (by migrating the pages) will not work. The migrated macros would display as "unknown macro" - it should not affect the page any other way. As a workaround, you may want to copy the content of the server macros (and paste them inside the secret macros in Cloud) manually
We don't have any migration path for this app yet as we recognized security implications as the app itself is built to deal with security matters. Nevertheless, we're tracking the interest & feasibility of migrating Security and Encryption from Server to Cloud here.
If this were to change and a migration path is available in the future, then we will update the tracker page, and also this page
ServiceRocket apps availability for Atlassian Cloud
Cheers,
Monique
