"Create Users" - Screen not visable, I don't know why. About 3 weeks ago it was shown.

1 week ago I lost the possibility to create users, because the screen is not longer shown .

Can I know if you are able to access the link below, and if so, what do you see?

  • (ConfluenceBaseURL)/admin/users/createuser.action

Has there been any changes to Confluence just before the issue started?
Are there any other pages or places in Confluence that you are unable to access?
