I was using an evaluation version of 4.0 and getting support. I bought and installed a 10-user starter license and at the same time switched to 4.1, since then I have gotten no replies to my support requests.
I still don't know why the default mail server at atlassian.com worked with 4.0 and not with 4.1, but on the advice of support I configured Confluence to use an internal SMTP server, and it works fine.
Just checked our support request system and excluding the cross-posting of this ticket, I don't show any tickets created in the last three weeks under the email address you are using here (and the tickets created more than three weeks ago all appear to have been worked on with you). I confirmed that the support ticket you just submitted came in, so if you can reference the ticket numbers you did not receive a reply from on that support ticket, we can find out what is happening and resolve any issues you are experiencing. - And not to worry, all licenses include support.
