we are using confluence 4.2.2 and integrated with our AD. so that accounts will be created automatically. now the issue one user is not able to login after she changed her windows/network password (which is common login crdentials for all applications).
confluenc eapplication is keep on new CAPTCHA. but not able to in. attaching the screenshot.please find them and help ASAP. Though i am selecting the issue priority as moderate, please look into this issue. because user has to access the documents on urgent need.

Confluence Admin can reset the failed login count for her. Should be fine then
