It's not possible to generate a Powerpoint Presentation from content in Confluence.

There does appear to be an add-on that can help you with that:

• Presenter for Confluence

In terms of having this trigger during page creation, I don't have any advice on that. Perhaps the vendor of the add-on might have something to suggest.
