It seems to me that the following issue has been resolved with the release 9.1

[CONFSERVER-45898] URLs should be based on pageID instead of pageTitle - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Is that correct? If yes, is possible to convert already existing pages within spaces having the URL format "Pretty": https://confluence.example.com/display/SPACEKEY/Page+Title
to the new URL format: https://confluence.example.com/spaces/SPACEKEY/pages/pageId/Page+Title
And to set a configuration that forces the new URL format by default converting the old "pretty" format?
