how can you add shortcuts (+ child pages) from one confluence page to another

Fulbert Lato July 1, 2020

I would like to consolidate different team confluence pages to a master confluence pages.  Consolidate = having all the sidebar links and shortcuts with the child pages on the master sidebar.

The thought is to be able to pick the main pages and child pages (as more gets added in the future) will automatically be pulled over.

Every team has their own confluence page (made up of different pages with child pages).  I want to create an overarching page  (call it Master page) that takes every project's pages (without copying or moving) and appear on the sidebar of the Master page.  This way each project can continue to work on their own and the Master page will be where everyone gets to in order to find their way to other proejcts.

Hi @Fulbert Lato You could achieve this nicely, not with a new side bar, but with a title, or index page, that brings together content from various sources. You could use either the Content by Label Macro, which would rely on all your pages being labelled appropriately, or the Favourite Pages Macro. I am not aware of a way to create the side bar like you describe.

Hope this suits your needs.
