gliffy diagram

Hello there again

I have included a gliffy add on to my subscription and been notified of the increased billing as a result once my trial is over. Howerver when in confluence and I try to add in a gliffy diagram I am notified that I cannot create a diagram but can only import one and I am to contact the Administrator.

Would appreciate any insights.

Hello Safi Olomu,

I'm not familiar with this error in Gliffy. Are you the confluence admin? If not, I recommend to contact him so he can check if the plugin have some module disabled or he can try to remove and install the plugin to check if the issue persists.

In case it persists, I recommend to get in touch with the gliffy developers as they might be familiar and might know what could be causing this.
