expand Sidebar buttons appaer for a millisecond and then disappear?

How to expand the sidebar without the button ? And get the left navigation bar be fixed again, and not hiding.

Observe two things in the gif:

• a brief appearance of the keyboard shortcut hint - [ - square bracket can toggle between close/open
• if you position the cursor over the dividing line, you can easily adjust the width of the left section

if its collapsed, if I postion my cursor over the dividing line, those arrows do not appear. the double arrow is missing (which could be okay, since the navi bar is collapsed). but also the "collapse" arrow does not appear either. In Firefox & Chrome.

I followed the suggestion to start it in a incognito tab - an the page actually startet in a not collapsed way. There then I could use the double arrow to change the width of the navibar. But a collapse arrow (left directed as seen in the gif) does not appear. I would assume if its collapsed there should appear a right directed arrow.

keyboard shortcut hint - [ - does nothing. the keyboard shortcut hint - ] - closes and open comments on the page. So I guess keyboard shortcuts are working.

I guess reaching out to Support is in order.

Quick check - is this appearing only on specific browsers or on all browsers? Have you tried incognito mode? Also, are other users experiencing this issue as well?

We've been using new UI on a couple of sites but I cannot say I've seen this behaviour yet.

If it's a site problem, you could probably reach out to Atlassian Support for them to check it out.
