customers can't see knowledge base


We have several knowledge bases for our service desk projects. This was working before but now seems that our customers cannot access the knowledge base pages.

Any ideas about why is this happening?

I'll need the information you've censored out in able to have a look at your issue; it looks like you're on Cloud.

If this is the case, do you mind if I create a support ticket where I can contact you and obtain the necessary details without you posting it on a public forum such as this?
