confluence showing "unknown attachment" for attachments which was already uploaded

Hi , I tried uploading one doc in confluence and , it was a revised version of existing doc and saw this is showing as "unknown attachment " as given in the screenshot. Its reflecting everywhere and in some pages attachments seem to be still available (via the Attachments link on the page) for some of the issues. In some other , it is not accessible from the Page Attachments link –therefore it is effectively missing. Please tell us a resolution as its highly escalated by the customers

yes, its conflluence self hosted version - 5.10.0

do you see any errors in the logfile? Could you please add the screenshot you mentioned in your question?

we cant upload the attachment here no option is getting

attachment folder has sufficient permission on with application account and have enough storage on the directory also. But still the same issue
