Quiero crear un filtro de gestiones donde solo se vea mis menciones "@" o menciones de los demas pero en Crear Filtro > Mas no se encuentra.

¿Estás preguntando si puedes crear un filtro JQL basado en las menciones? Eso no es compatible con JQL.
