cannot reset password

I want to reset my password because I was rejected even though input the password.

I received reset mail, but the new password rejected by "internal error".

Hi @Sou Nakanishi , are you an admin of this Confluence? If yes, most likely is that your account is managed by a read only user directory, and you cannot change the details of your account, such as the password. Here's more information from a previous community thread.

If you are not the admin of Confluence, you might want to check in with an internal admin to help you change the password.
