Wiki Style Render comment Enabled but not able to comment anything.(page keeps loading)

Hi Atlassian,

On comment section I enabled "Wiki Style Render" to add images, format text, add bullets.

But unfortunately I'm not able to enter anything. (Tool bar is inactive)

We use  

• Atlassian Jira Project Management Software (v8.19.0#819000-sha1:47bbf34) 

Kindly help needed, I searched and no solved post available.

@Selvakumar are you part of the Electronics Admins group?  It states that it is restricted to that.  You will need to work with your administrator to ensure you are a member of the group so you can add comments.
