One of my users specifically gets errors when he tries to open a link on a page, but only on his computer. When I sign in to his account on my computer, it opens the file just fine. His computer tells him that the file cannot be found and then shows the link that the file should be located at where the document would normally show on the screen. He has permissions to view the page and the file lists, so I'm not sure what's going on at this point.
