Whiteboard Smart Sections don't consistently offer the same fields for editing, anyone know why?

I have two different projects that both use the standard Jira field of Labels. When I create a Smart Section on a Confluence White Board and configure an action, one project allows me to choose editing Labels, and the other does not. Labels doesn't even appear on the list.

All our issues everywhere use labels. There are no issue types that don't have Labels. So why is the Smart Section action behaving inconsistently?

Hi @Tracy B ,

Can you check if the Labels field is added to the appropriate issue screens in the section where this field is not visible? I'm guessing that each section applies this action/change to different issue types (potentially in different projects as well).

I've just tested this, and for the field to be available within the section action, it appears that the same field needs to be added to the issue create screen. I've never used this (I'm just testing it out as we speak), but this might be why you cannot select this field within another section when creating a section action.

Cheers,
Tom
