Issue
When I last tried confluence, there was a chevron icon button on the far right of the toolbar when in edit mode, which hid the top and bottom toolbars and gave a lot more space for working.
It's also described in this article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf54/confluence-user-s-guide/creating-content/using-the-editor
I don't have such a button. I'm using Confluence Cloud.
Questions
I noticed that Confluence Server(5.10) doesn't have "hide toolbar" button too.
I could not find any documentation about this change.
It is gone from my Cloud instance as well. It is part of the infrastructure changes we are implementing to update the Cloud environment. Most of the features, like the CSV export, will be coming back once the updates are complete.

Why is this still missing? The narrower notebook screens get, the worse this broken feature impacts users.
