Where is the original documentation on the extractor module

Currently we have implemented the Extractor2 module in one of our add-ons. This works fine for Confluence 7.x.x and up. This does however not work for versions below 7.x.x.

We'd therefore love to use the original Extractor module to ensure backwards compatibility for our customers that aren't on 7.x.x yet. The contents for that documentation page, however, are removed.

Why was the content on the original Extractor module removed? We obviously understand that "From Confluence 7.0 this module has been replaced by the Extractor2 module." but we want to ensure backwards compatibility for our add-on and need this documentation to made available to us in some form.

Does anyone have the original documentation on the Extractor module available?

Kind regards,
Carlo Jessurun
