Confluence Glossary mentions Space Adminstrators but where do you go to assign a user those permissions?

Yes, the bottom of the page (which I missed before) details how to get there - I also found a path to the space admin screen from some Advanced option off the Administrator menu from somewhere...anyway, thanks!
